When will I be charged for my coffee subscription?
Subscriptions are processed on the 1st of each month for both monthly and biweekly subscription options. Once you subscribe, you will not be charged until the first day of the upcoming month.
Can I change my coffee flavor?
Yes. You can change switch your flavor, frequency and bag size at anytime during your subscription through your account page.
When will I receive my coffee?
Your coffee will be made available for pick up / shipped by the 1st and 15th of each month depending on the Frequency you have chosen. If you choose the Store Pickup option, you will receive an email once your coffee is ready at the store. Home Delivery takes about 3 days via USPS Priority mail.
Can I receive different flavors for each bag?
Currently, we are handling special requests like this through the Order Notes form on the checkout page. For example, if you subscribe to a Full Pound option and wanted a half pound of Columbian Supremo and a half pound of Hazelnut, you could choose Columbian Supremo in the options and note that you want Hazelnut as the other half pound bag. We are flexible and will assure these notes get to the roaster and are properly processed.
What portion of my coffee subscription is donated to my selected cause?
The amount of your subscription donated to your selected cause is dependent on the plan you choose. Donation amounts range anywhere from $2.25 – $17.85 per month depending on the amount of the chosen plan.
How do I cancel?
If you decide to cancel, you can do so at anytime via your account on sendmesomejoe.com under the Subscriptions tab.
