When will I be charged for a coffee subscription?

Subscriptions are processed on the 1st of each month for both monthly and biweekly subscription options. Once you subscribe, you will not be charged until the first day of the upcoming month.

Can I change my coffee flavor?

Yes. You can change switch your flavor, frequency and bag size at anytime during your subscription through your account page.

When will I receive my coffee?

Your coffee will be shipped by the 1st and 15th of each month depending on the Frequency you have chosen. Delivery takes about 3 days via USPS Priority mail.

For coffee sample orders, your coffee will be shipped within approximately 3-7 days.

Can I receive more than one flavor on each shipment?

Yes, this would be handled through the ‘Special Request’ field on the coffee subscription setup form. For example, if you wanted 1 Pound of coffee split into a half pound of Columbian Supremo and a half pound of Hazelnut, you could simply say exactly how you want it split up and we’ll make sure it gets done.

What portion of my coffee subscription is donated to my selected cause?

Donation amounts range anywhere from $1.50 – $17.85 depending on the total price of your coffee subscription.

How do I cancel a subscription?

If you decide to cancel, you can do so at anytime via your account under the Subscriptions tab.
